Wax Tree Assembly
Strategic wax placement for optimal casting
- Hand-welded individual components to central rod
- Calculated spatial arrangement for even metal flow

The wax tree is set on a stainless steel cylinder, and the plaster slurry is slowly injected along the inner wall of the cylinder, left naturally for 6-12 hours to solidify the plaster. Then, the plaster mold is baked.
Take out the baked plaster mold and prepare the metal solution for casting simultaneously. Next, the molten and prepared gold water is injected through the water spout.
According to the jewelry design drawing, diamonds or gemstones are hand sorted and picked to match the color, cut, and size, ready for setting.
Our experienced craftspeople set each diamond and gemstone by hand. Sometimes micro-setting is required, which is a skilled job, setting stones under dozens of times magnification!
Metal castings typically have a rough surface and thus require multiple stages of grinding and polishing.
Grinding refines details and removes excess metal, preventing deformations or flaws.
Polishing enhances luster and smoothness, creating a flawless finish while preparing the surface for plating—ensuring durability and brilliance.
The assembly process involves skillfully combining various components, such as earring hooks, ring bands, and necklace chains. Each connection is securely and seamlessly fastened to ensure durability during wear. After assembly, the jewelry undergoes further inspection to verify that all components are properly polished and firmly connected.
A brand logo is an integral part of jewelry design. We utilize advanced laser engraving technology to precisely etch logos or custom designs onto jewelry pieces. This process ensures the logo remains clear, durable, and visually appealing without compromising the overall design of the piece.
Each piece of jewelry undergoes rigorous quality inspections at every stage of production. We carefully examine the surfaces, details, and gemstone settings to ensure flawless quality.
Then, high-pressure cleaning equipment is used to remove any residual dirt or metal particles, leaving the jewelry spotless and radiant.
Each piece of jewelry is meticulously packaged in custom-designed boxes to ensure maximum protection during transportation. Our packaging not only safeguards your jewelry but also highlights its luxury and uniqueness upon delivery.
